David Healy was named the Northern Ireland Football Writers Association´s international personality of the year on Monday night.
The Leeds striker came out top ahead of Stephen Craigan and Jonny Evans in the Harp-sponsored annual awards ceremony at Belfast´s Europa hotel.
Healy helped Northern Ireland climb to the top of their Euro 2008 qualifying group scoring nine goals already in the campaign.
