Video: Ibrahimovic produces ‘miss of the year’ contender

Zlatan Ibrahomovic has enjoyed a season to remember in 2012/13, scoring brilliant goals for both club and country.

However, the man who scored a stunning overhead kick against England and missed with an audacious ‘scorpion kick’ at the end of 2012 had a moment to forget in the match against Ajaccio last night (Friday).

The Swedish international has been superb for Paris Saint-Germain this season, but when found in the box with a lovely floated ball, he inexplicably volleyed over the bar.

It would prove to be a crucial miss, with ten-man PSG only managing to draw the Ligue 1 clash 0-0 after Thiago Motta’s red card.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side still sit top of the table, though their lead is only one point with both Lyon and Marseille having a game in hand.
