FA receives Ferguson response

The Football Association has received Sir Alex Ferguson's observations about his post-match comments at Tottenham last Sunday.

Ferguson submitted the information prior to the 6pm deadline, the FA confirmed.

Now the FA has until Tuesday evening to decide whether to formally charge Ferguson.
