Sheffield Wednesday have confirmed talks are ongoing with a Chinese consortium about a summer takeover.
Owls chairman Dave Allen held a meeting before Tuesday night´s 1-1 draw with Plymouth with a Chinese party headed by a multi-millionaire casino owner. Allen has admitted he is also in talks with several other interested parties.
A club spokesman told PA Sport: "A Chinese consortium have been in talks with Dave Allen and half a dozen in the party came along to the Plymouth game."
