Chelsea winger Gael Kakuta has blasted his parent club's transfer policy, saying there are too many players not getting games, and that he'd prefer to leave on loan again next season.

The Sun reports how the 21-year-old is currently enjoying a season-long loan spell with Eredivisie outfit Vitesse Arnhem, and has set his sights on a return to Holland to continue his development in 2013/14.

Kakuta arrived at Stamford Bridge from Lens as an exciting young teenager in 2007, but despite being tipped for a bright future in west London, has found his first-team chances limited.

Having also enjoyed brief stints at Fulham, Bolton Wanderers and French minnows Dijon, the youngster has realised he might never make the grade, and so is already planning for life after Chelsea.

"I don't dream about Chelsea any more — I used to, now I know better," said Kakuta. "I hope I can join a club like Vitesse next season, where I can play every week.

"Chelsea have far too many players. At my age I need to play regularly but if I go back I'll just get 10 minutes a month and I don't want that."

The Blues were hit with a fine and transfer ban after luring a 17-year-old Kakuta from the clutches of Ligue 1 more than five years ago. Now, it looks as though their efforts were in vain, as the forward never made it beyond the fringes of Chelsea's senior team.
