Owen Hargreaves is to hold talks with Bayern Munich in the next few days to reiterate his desire to sign for Manchester United, according to the player´s agent.
Bayern have so far insisted the England international is not for sale, and have no intention of losing another midfielder after seeing Michael Ballack sign for Chelsea this summer. However, Hargreaves´ agent Roman Grill believes the player´s wishes must also be considered.
"It is not a question of whether the club want to discuss a transfer, it is obvious that they need players like Owen and they don´t want him to leave, but on the other hand, the player wants to talk," Grill told PA Sport.
