Roma midfielder Daniele De Rossi has signed a four-year extension to his deal at the Stadio Olimpico, the capital club have announced.
The Italy international, who had been waiting until the end of Euro 2008 to sign the agreement, finally put pen to paper on a deal worth a potential 31million euros on Monday.
A statement on the Giallorossi website, www.asroma.it, read: "AS Roma and Daniele De Rossi announce having reached an agreement for the extension of the player´s professional contract from today until June 30, 2012."
