FK Zeta have apologised to Rangers for the racist abuse DaMarcus Beasley and Jean-Claude Darcheville had to endure in Montenegro.

Meanwhile it has emerged that UEFA´s match delegate will report that it was a bottle thrown from the Zeta directors´ box which sparked the flurry of missiles during the second half of Tuesday´s Champions League qualifier.

The offensive chanting towards American winger Beasley and French striker Darcheville could result in UEFA taking strong action against Zeta, but the club´s director Valdo Sisevic said in The Sun: "I´d like to apologise to Rangers Football Club for what happened."
