Sylvain Wiltord´s on-off transfer from Lyon to Rennes is being resuscitated, according to the player´s agent.
Lyon last week claimed the France forward would be staying at the Stade Gerland for the rest of the season after a proposed switch to Paris St Germain failed to materialise.
The 33-year-old has also been heavily linked with a move to Rennes and Fabrice Henon-Hilaire, Wiltord´s representative, claims the move is back on, telling L´Equipe: "We are a lot closer to an agreement than we were three weeks ago."
