Sevilla have signed Colombian defender Aquivaldo Mosquera.
The 26-year-old centre-back has penned a five-year contract with the UEFA Cup holders after moving from Mexican side Pachuca.
The addition of Mosquera is a boost to Sevilla coach Juande Ramos following the loss of defensive lynchpin and team captain Javi Navarro, who could be sidelined for up to eight weeks with a knee injury.
