Barcelona president Joan Laporta has insisted playmaker Deco is not for sale.
Deco has been linked with a move away from the Nou Camp this summer, and on Tuesday the Portugual international admitted he could be tempted by a switch to Chelsea, but Laporta has moved to scotch rumours that the 29-year-old is on his way out of the Spanish giants.
"I confirm what was said by (sporting director) Txiki Beguiristain - Deco is not for sale. He is a player who can contribute a lot to the team and he is not on the market," Laporta said.
