Falkirk chalked up victory over one of European football´s great names as Ajax were on the wrong end of a surprise 2-1 result.
Chris Mitchell´s winner in the 86th minute rocked the Dutch giants at the Falkirk Stadium as the home side went one better than Rangers, who held Ajax 1-1 on Tuesday at Ibrox.
Laurent Delorge had brought four-time European champions Ajax back onto level terms after Liam Craig headed Falkirk ahead.
