MacKenzie returns to Meadow Lane

Notts County midfielder Neil MacKenzie has returned to Meadow Lane following his loan spell at League Two rivals Port Vale.

The 32-year-old made three league and cup appearances for Dean Glover's side during his month-long stay in the Potteries.

MacKenzie missed Vale's three festive fixtures with a rib injury but is fit again and should be available for the Magpies' home game against Exeter at the weekend.
