Blackpool are in talks with Hull pair Dean Windass and Ryan France over possible loan moves.

Both have fallen down the pecking order since helping the Tigers secure promotion to the Barclays Premier League last season.

Striker Windass, 39, has made just six first-team appearances since scoring the winner in the Championship play-off final last May. Defender France, 28, has played just once - in the Carling Cup.

Hull manager Phil Brown said: "Dean Windass is in talks with Oldham, Blackpool and Hartlepool and Ryan France has had an offer from Blackpool to go there on loan."

Meanwhile, Blackpool have made a double transfer swoop with the loan signings of Leicester striker DJ Campbell and Middlesbrough midfielder Graeme Owens.

Campbell, 27, will join the Seasiders until the end of the season and will go straight into the squad to face former club Birmingham at Bloomfield Road on Saturday.

Twenty-year-old Owens, who was a key member of Middlesbrough's FA Youth Cup-winning side in 2004, has joined on a one-month loan deal and could also face the Blues.
