Eddie Howe has become the youngest manager in the Football League after being appointed Bournemouth boss on a permanent basis.
Howe had taken temporary charge of the struggling Cherries following the departure of Jimmy Quinn on New Year's Eve.
The 31-year-old now faces the tough task of keeping the south coast club in Coca-Cola League Two after they began this season on minus 17 points - they currently sit second from bottom.
