Two goals in two minutes from Giles Barnes gave Derby a 2-1 Coca-Cola Championship win over Barnsley at Pride Park. The England Under-19 international single-handedly turned the game on its head with a pair of scintillating strikes as County came from behind to steal the three points after Bobby Hassell had opened the scoring for the visitors. The fightback began in the 72nd minute when Barnes´ half-volley found its way through a crowd of defenders and past unsighted Tykes goalkeeper Nick Colgan into the left corner. The 18-year-old heaped further misery on Barnsley only moments later with a near carbon copy of the first goal.
