Barnsley manager Mark Robins could hand new loan signing Jay Rodriguez his full debut in the home clash with Watford.
Rodriguez, 20, who signed on a month's loan from Burnley on transfer deadline day, scored with his first touch after stepping off the bench in the midweek win at Preston.
Tykes boss Robins, who has no new injury or suspension problems, has several selection dilemmas after the impressive debut of another deadline day loan signing, Filipe Teixeira.
The West Brom midfielder is expected to retain his place as Robins ponders a return to a four-man midfield, while adding a second striker alongside Andy Gray, who faces competition from Jon Macken, Daniel Bogdanovic, Iain Hume and now Rodriguez for a place in the starting XI.
Barnsley, still without defenders Rob Kozluk (knee) and Bobby Hassell (groin), climbed up to 11th place after Tuesday's 4-1 win at Preston, but have lost three of their last five league games.
Will Buckley is likely to have to wait a little longer to make his Watford debut.
The winger, a January signing from Rochdale, is struggling with a thigh strain and is not expected to travel.
Boss Malky Mackay could name an unchanged side after the Hornets secured their first win in nearly two months with Tuesday night's 3-0 success over Sheffield United.
Mackay gave former Blackburn and Birmingham centre-half Martin Taylor his debut against the Blades, moving Adrian Mariappa to right-back and leaving out Lee Hodson.
Teenager Hodson was rested from the matchday squad and will hope to make the bench at Oakwell.
Midfielder Stephen McGinn will hope to get some action, having been an unused substitute for two games since his switch from St Mirren.
