Charlton manager Les Reed is demanding the rest of the team start taking the pressure off over-worked midfielder Andy Reid.As in the 1-1 draw against Everton the previous weekend, Reid was again Charlton´s best player in Saturday´s 2-1 Barclays Premiership defeat at Sheffield United."He enjoys the role he has been given. He is doing all the things he likes to do and is good at, and we get the best out of him that way," said Reed. "I´m sure he´ll continue to do that, but what we now have to do is get the best out of some of the other players. We need the whole team working like that."
