Steve Bruce has been given a vote of confidence by Birmingham chairman David Gold following a miserable start to the season.Bruce and his players have come in for criticism after collecting only one point from the opening three games and being booed off after Tuesdays 3-0 home defeat by Middlesbrough.Gold insisted: "We still have the highest regard and complete faith in our manager."
