Norwich manager Nigel Worthington is relieved his men are finding a level of consistency after seeing them produce a workmanlike display at Withdean.Norwich have struggled to live up to their billing as favourites for an immediate return to the top-flight and Worthington recognises how important it is they are now finding form with four wins out of the last six games.He said: "We´ve kept the faith and this was a deserved victory. It was a good performance, we scored three goals and came through a test of character."
