Goalkeeper Roy Carroll has signed for Derby from Rangers until the end of the season, the club have confirmed.The 30-year-old finally arrives at Pride Park following a delay while the Scottish league leaders searched for a replacement keeper of their own.The Rams initially thought they had signed the Northern Ireland international last Thursday but the move went on hold as Rangers boss Walter Smith looked to sign another keeper.
