Northampton goalkeeper Chris Dunn has signed for Coventry for an undisclosed fee.

The 23-year-old rose through the ranks at Sixfields and made more than 100 appearances for the club.

"We wish Chris well," said Cobblers boss Gary Johnson.

He added: "He's still very young for a keeper and has the potential to improve with age and experience.

"He's a fantastic attitude and in the short time I worked with him here, I only saw him do well. He was a real team player who was desperate to succeed for the club."

Johnson added: "We have various options as we look for a new goalkeeper and I'm confident we'll be able to bring in a good replacement for Chris."
