Accrington manager John Coleman has dismissed reports linking Bobby Grant with a move to Derby.
Reports earlier this week claimed Rams boss Nigel Clough was ready to make a £200,000 bid for the Liverpudlian, but Coleman insists there has been no approach from the Championship side.
"We've heard nothing from Derby, that's just speculation," he said.
"But he's playing well, looking sharp and scoring goals so there are bound to be clubs looking at him.
"He has a bright future, as does Michael Symes (Grant's strike partner), who is still young enough to go and do well at a higher level."
Grant, 19, has been a revelation since being switched from the left wing to centre-forward, scoring nine goals for Stanley this season.
