Stephen Crainey has withdrawn from the Scotland squad for the forthcoming Euro 2012 qualifiers away to Liechtenstein and Spain with an ankle injury, the Scottish Football Association have confirmed.

The Blackpool defender's place will be taken by Lee Wallace of Rangers.

Striker Kenny Miller will have a scan on his groin injury over the next 24 hours by the Scotland medical team.
