Bolton have confirmed that defender Nicky Hunt will remain with Derby until the end of the season after the clubs agreed to extend his loan.
The 26-year-old has made three appearances for Nigel Clough's Coca-Cola Championship team since moving to Pride Park on an initial one-month deal at the start of the transfer window.
Hunt, who started as a Bolton trainee and had a spell on loan at Birmingham last season, fell out of favour at the Reebok Stadium under Gary Megson and has not played for the first team since March 2008.
