Crystal Palace manager Iain Dowie is demanding his players take out their frustrations of losing their last game 4-1 to Chelsea by beating Middlesbrough.Palace are in desperate need of points to ensure they are not cut adrift from the rest of the sides trying to pull away from the drop zone. Dowie´s men have slipped back into the relegation places and are one point behind their nearest strugglers Southampton as the battle to avoid the drop intensifies.And the Palace boss said: "I don´t want downbeat players. They have to roll up their sleeves and get on with it again."
