Blackpool forward Jason Euell revealed Ian Holloway's ambition and desire persuaded him to move to Bloomfield Road.

The 32-year-old Londoner signed a one-year contract with an option for a further twelve months with the Seasiders during the summer. He was impressed by the plans put forward by Holloway, who is repairing his reputation in style after an ill-fated spell in charge at Leicester.

"I spoke to Ian Holloway and when I knew he wanted me to be a part of what he's trying to do it made things a whole lot easier for me to make that move," said Euell. "He said he was so eager to get back into it and to do well. There was a challenge there at Blackpool and he wanted to take it on."
