Crystal Palace and Watford have been fined £25,000 each by the Football Association after admitting they failed to control their players and officials during the goalless draw at Selhurst Park on August 9.

Both Coca-Cola Championship clubs were severely censured and warned as to their future conduct.

During the second half of the match concerned, every on-field player became involved in a shoving match in front of the benches following a foul by Lee Williamson on Matt Lawrence.
