Robert Earnshaw`s hamstring injury is set to keep the Nottingham Forest striker out for around 10 days.

The Wales international sustained the problem in the warm-up prior to Friday`s Championship victory at West Brom.

Earnshaw will miss the FA Cup third-round replay at Birmingham and the weekend visit of Reading but the 28-year-old should be back in contention for the home game against QPR on January 26.

"It's a disappointment of course but the good news is it's not too long and not too severe," said boss Billy Davies.
