Paul Hart lavished praise on Julian Speroni after watching his Crystal Palace side battle to a goalless draw at Barnsley.
The Argentine almost single-handedly kept Barnsley at bay at Oakwell as the Eagles picked up another precious point in their battle against relegation from the Coca-Cola Championship.
Hart said: "I thought he (Speroni) was excellent. Week after week he goes about his job; I think he is a terrific goalkeeper."
On the overall performance, Hart added: "I am delighted with the result. I think we weren't firing on all cylinders.
"We showed tremendous courage. The senior players were a great example for all the younger players. We are in a tricky situation and if we had not had the points deducted we would be challenging for the play offs."
