Sheffield Wednesday manager Brian Laws has revealed last season's derby double over Sheffield United is his best achievement while in charge at Hillsborough.
Laws, who has just completed three years with the Owls, became the first manager in 90 years to lead a team to successive Steel City league wins in the same season.
"It's something that hadn't been achieved for over 90 years and it's the derby double. It was an incredible feeling, it was fantastic and I'm a very proud man to be a part of that," he said. "All those supporters that witnessed that will have a memory that's going to be in place for a long time and I'm part of that memory. That has to be, without doubt, the pinnacle of it all."
Steve Watson's solitary goal earned Wednesday a 1-0 win at Hillsborough in October last year while the Owls won 2-1 at Bramall Lane in the return the following February thanks to Marcus Tudgay's stunning winner.
