Blackpool chairman Karl Oyston insists he has not received a bid from Derby for Tangerines captain Shaun Barker.
Barker was voted Blackpool's player of the year after some commanding displays at the heart of their defence.
"We haven`t received an offer from Derby County or any other football club for Shaun Barker in this transfer window." Oyston told the Blackpool Evening Gazette.
