Crystal Palace administrator Brendan Guilfoyle has confirmed the deadline for parties interested in buying the club has been extended to Friday March 26.
Palace have been looking for new owners since going into administration in January and the original deadline for prospective buyers was last Friday. However, the administrators have decided to allow more time for interested parties to put their bids together.
Guilfoyle told the club's official website: "We have a number of individuals who have put forward an interest at this stage but no firm proof of funding has come forward."
He added: "Therefore, it has been agreed to extend it a further fortnight to give some more time to accommodate those that want to pursue their interest in purchasing Crystal Palace Football Club."
