Charlton manager Alan Pardew has been cleared of improper conduct by the Football Association after his touchline confrontation with Arsenal counterpart Arsene Wenger.The incident happened while Pardew was still West Ham boss during the Hammers´ victory at Upton Park on November 5.Wenger was also charged last month and charged £10,000 for his part in the incident. But an FA disciplinary commission found the charge against Pardew "was not proven".
