Derby have completed the signing of Leeds winger Eddie Lewis for an undisclosed fee.The 33-year-old has put pen to paper on a two-year deal with the Barclays Premier League newcomers.Lewis will again link up with County boss Billy Davies, who managed the US international at Preston.
