Cardiff chairman Peter Ridsdale admits he is "extremely disappointed" the club´s court battle with creditors Langston has been deferred until next year. The High Court case was due to begin on Monday with the Swiss-based company claiming they are owed a reported £24million by the Bluebirds, but their solicitor, Hextalls, have now asked for the hearing to be delayed until January 18 at the earliest - much to Ridsdale´s frustration. He told the Western Mail: "We are reviewing our financial position in view of this delay, which we find particularly unhelpful to this football club."
