South Korea international Seol Ki-Hyeon is convinced Reading are "going places" after joining the Premiership newcomers from Wolves.The 27-year-old winger or striker has signed a three-year deal with the Premiership newcomers after a fee that could rise to £1.5million depending on appearances was agreed with the Championship club.Seol was unveiled by his new club this morning, and he said: "I am very excited about this move. Reading had a great season last year and they are a club going places. I have no doubt this is the right move for me."
