Brighton have re-signed Newcastle winger Kazenga LuaLua on a six-month loan deal - and will land him permanently in January.

The 20-year-old, who has had two previous loan spells on the south coast, will link up with his new team-mates at their training camp in Portugal on Monday.

"Kazenga was one of our main summer targets and I am delighted we have finally come to an agreement with Newcastle United," said Seagulls boss Gus Poyet.

"I am sure the fans will be equally delighted to see him back at the club."

LuaLua scored four goals during his previous loan spell last season but suffered a broken leg against Hartlepool in November.

Poyet has also completed the signing of Dagenham full-back Romain Vincelot for an undisclosed fee.
