Coventry managing director Paul Fletcher has vehemently denied that the size of the club´s transfer budget is causing a rift between boss Iain Dowie and the board.Reports over the weekend stated that Dowie would walk out on the Sky Blues if he was not handed a £9million summer warchest following the proposed takeover at the Ricoh Arena.Fletcher said: "There is no friction whatsoever between the manager and the board - particularly regarding the size of the transfer budget because that has not been decided yet."
