David Bentley will return to action for the first time in 10 weeks on Wednesday night hoping to end the "torture" of watching Norwich´s battle for survival from the stands.

The 20-year-old - on a season´s loan from Arsenal - has been sidelined since suffering knee-ligament damage in the FA Cup third-round defeat to West Ham on January 8. However, the England Under-21 international is now back in full training and is set to feature for the reserves against Charlton.

And the attacking midfielder admitted: "To sit in the stand with the fans and to watch the game has been torture for me, especially when you know you could be out there helping the team - but I´m back now and we´ll just see what happens."
