Sheffield United manager Kevin Blackwell has been charged with improper conduct by the FA.
Blackwell was critical of the referee in charge of the clash with Nottingham Forest on February 16 after Darius Henderson was shown a straight red for what was deemed to be an elbow on Forest's Paul Anderson.
The Blades chief has until March 12 to respond to the charge.
