Ryan Giggs capped an excellent performance with the winning goal at Watford to keep Manchester United top of the Barclays Premiership with a 2-1 win.Seconds after the home side had wasted a great chance to take the lead, Giggs pounced on a wayward back pass by substitute Matthew Spring to round goalkeeper Richard Lee and score in the 52nd minute - a strike that sealed United´s third victory in as many league matches.Mikael Silvestre´s fine strike had given Sir Alex Ferguson´s team the lead in the 13th minute, but Watford´s hard-working, spirited approach produced a 34th-minute equaliser for Damien Francis.
