Watford skipper Jay DeMerit wants his side to build on Monday's battling draw with Bristol City to maintain their surprise play-off bid.
The Hornets' never-say-die attitude came to the fore again at Ashton Gate when John Eustace's late equaliser secured a dramatic 2-2 draw.
"I think the character of this team, and indeed this club, is the fact we never give up," said American international DeMerit.
He added: "You can see the results in games like that when we keep going to the end, we draw games that we might have lost and win games we might have drawn.
"We need to keep up this momentum so we can get into the play-offs and keep our position in the top half of the table."
