Watford have continued their restructuring at board level with the appointment of Robin Williams and David Fransen as non-executive directors.
The Hornets appointed Jimmy Russo as their new chairman last week and he believes the new appointments will be good for the club.
Russo said: "I have known Robin for some 25 years. He will bring a wealth of business knowledge and good practices to the business."
He added: "I would also like to thank David Fransen for joining the board. He is a lifelong Watford fan and will be joining us with a history of business background."
