Birmingham have accepted West Brom´s £1.5million offer for midfielder Darren Carter.Albion have now been given permission to talk to the 21-year-old about personal terms, which they will do when the player returns from holiday.Chairman Jeremy Peace said: "Bryan Robson has highlighted Darren as one of the players he wants to bring to the club."
