Wolves have agreed a fee with Spanish second division side Elche for the transfer of Poland striker Tomasz Frankowski.The 31-year-old arrived in Spain in the summer from Polish side Wisla Krakow and is under contract until 2008. He scored seven goals in helping his country to qualify for the 2006 World Cup, including one against England at Old Trafford last autumn."We have reached an agreement with Wolverhampton," an Elche spokesperson said. "We are satisfied with the offer the English club has made for the player and we have allowed Frankowski to begin negotiations to agree terms with Wolverhampton."
