Watford boss Adrian Boothroyd urged rising star Ashley Young to find more consistency after guiding his side into the Carling Cup fourth round.Young was on target as Watford defeated Hull 2-1 on Tuesday night to record their first win in normal time this term - but Boothroyd believes there is plenty more to come from the England Under-21 international forward. The 35-year-old boss said: "Ashley is doing okay. He has a lot of talent, and now it is about being consistent. He will have a few dips in form, but he needs to have fewer than the other young players, because he is a key man for us."
