Norwich City was founded in 1902 and, since 1935, the Canaries have played their home games at Carrow Road. They reached the FA Cup semi-finals in 1959 as a third division (League One) side, beating top flight opposition in the form of Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur en route. Norwich City have won the League Cup twice, in 1962 and 1985, but they also suffered relegation in 1985 along with fellow finalists, Sunderland.
