similar practice only this time the striker (S) has to turn quickly and attempt
to score.
In diagram (1), (B) serves to (S) who turns quickly and goes through the two cones
which are no more than 2 metres apart in control of the ball, and then shoots
at goal if (G) goalkeeper stays on his line.
Should (G) come forward (as in diagram (2)) then (S) should try and dribble past
him before slotting the ball into the goal.
So in these practices (S), must get a good first touch good quick control and
turn, and then assess his attempt to score on whether goalkeeper (G) advances
or not.
