Hertha Berlin advanced to the second qualifying round of the UEFA Cup on Saturday following a 2-0 Intertoto Cup victory at FC Moscow.Marko Pantelic gave Hertha the lead, the Serbian striker capitalising on some hesitant defending to volley home following a cross from Ellery Cairo after 24 minutes.Moscow put in a spirited performance in the second half, Dmitri Kirichenko squandering two chances in quick succession, heading over after 55 minutes and failing to connect with a Damian Gorawski cut-back four minutes later.
